Here are a few tips on how to make your lips appear poutier, bigger, and even sexier:

1) Highlighting your Cupid's Bow

Use a highlighting cream or even a light shimmery powder where your cupid's bow is and you'll be sure to have a poutier appearance.

2) Lining your lips

It's okay to color outside the lines in this case. Line just outside of your natural lip line and your lips will appear plumper and more full. Remember to blend the liner well into the lipstick so you do not have an unfinished look.

3) Gloss! Gloss! Gloss!

Apply and highshine and light gloss to the high points of your lips. Dab a little on the middle part of your lower lip and on your top lip. Your lips will surely sparkle!
